It is the first edition of our public roadmap and is subject to future changes. At Superdao, we want to think transparently, and this is a starting point to do it. We have already received crucial feedback and will iterate not only on the content of this document but also on its structure and how we think about and articulate customer problems and user stories. Superdao mission
We set the following objectives for our future:
- 2022 — deliver customer ROI stories and prepare for scaling creator and member adoption
- 2023 — scale creator launches, build network effects, and become the gold standard for businesses entering Web3
- 2024 — build the Superdao ecosystem (developers, service, employment, DAO-to-DAO trade)
Our journey so far
Superdao started in October 2021 as an all-in-one platform to create and manage DAOs. Since then, we have built an easy-to-use, functionally complete platform for DAO creators. We have over 2,000 DAO projects on the platform.

Latest releases (Q3 2022)
Currently, our primary focus is on simplifying the DAO setup. The first step for the creator is setting up the organization’s smart contract with NFTs (=membership) and treasury (=bank account). We aim to make the first organization’s crypto profile accessible and ready to use from day one.
What we did:
- Pre-created crypto treasury for all DAOs // Create a Gnosis Safe treasury and link it to the DAO
- NFT airdrop by emails // Send unique links to claim membership NFTs by email
- Ability to buy membership NFTs with a credit card // Pay by credit card with the usewinter.com integration
- Mobile experience // Access the platform with mobile devices (Profile, Members, Feed, Treasury, and Voting)
- NFT showcase in DAO profile // Show NFTs collected by DAOs on the Profile page

Near future (Q3 — Q4 2022)
Our next primary goal is to bring accessibility to non-crypto native users. We believe that end users should not be required to have wallets and pay for gas. We will introduce Web2 bots integrations and walletless authorization.

Midterm (Q1-Q2 2023)
Next, we will build network effects between members and organizations and scale the platform. Our main goal is to become a clear leader in Web3 creator tools. We will work on the following network effects: templates and reusability, discover and member network, and the developer ecosystem. We will also work closely with the sales team to provide enterprise-grade features such as security audits, smart contract customizations, and marketing technology stack integrations.

In the long term, we will add more DAO management tools to drive the DAO economy. The operational stack for DAOs includes token and warrant issuance, compliance and legal services, tax and accounting, a fintech layer for treasury (Defi integration, fiat on-ramp, etc.), revenue management (autonomous revenue sharing with NFT and token holders), multichain (chain list under consideration) and more.
